7-Suite Home, sleeps 20, with pool and hot tub located below the Chapel of the Holy Cross surrounded by jaw dropping views. This custom built luxury smart home retreat is an entertainers dream boasting 6,622 sq ft with 7 en-suites and multi-use room with a Full/Twin Trundle and full bathroom. 

The layout includes 3 King en-suites downstairs with one of those room containing a queen pullout as well. Upstairs has 4 King en suites with a media/game room that has the full over twin trundle and an en-suite bathroom. Upstairs is also an office, another small kitchen/dining and living room. 

This home has both gas and electric stoves and top of the line appliances. Designed for extended families, couples and corporate retreats. The smart home operates on voice commands for ease of use, soundproof measures within the interior walls, both gas and electric stoves, Bosch and Decor appliances, 3 refrigerators, 3 mini-fridges, 3 sets of washers and dryers, 2 bars, builtin-in ice maker, office and all the modern amenities expected in a $5M home.

Additional amenities include heated pool, hot tub, elevator, loft with pool table and shuffleboard, game room with ping pong table, darts, fireplace, sectional sofa, fireplace, 82" OLED TV with surround sound, 2 gas fireplaces, 6 electric fireplaces, 9 Smart TV's, high speed internet, YouTubeTV subscription, black out blinds in the suites and car charger in the garage. The resort like oasis in the backyard includes a large pool with sundeck and waterfalls, built-in gas fire pit, Blackstone grill, pool chaise loungers and covered outdoor dining (not shown in pictures).

As the name implies, this suite retreat comfortably accommodates up to 8 couples with their own suite with king sized beds and luxurious bathrooms. With multiple gathering areas throughout the home, it is a perfect place to come together during the day and retreat to your own suite with smart tv's and fireplaces to unwind in the evening. The views of the Chapel of the Holy Cross nearby and surrounding mountains are jaw dropping from every room. Hiking trails are within walking distance to get out and explore the vistas and take in the sights and sounds. The chapel area is both peaceful and serene with unbelievable views backing to the wilderness.

It is important to note that there is a noise ordinance imposed throughout the region from 10:00pm - 7:00am. This include having all outdoor lights out at 10:00pm.

No smoking, no pets, not parties, no weddings, special events or additional guests beyond the limit of 20 that is allowed.

Pool/Spa heating fee is $100 per/day and is heated to 85 degrees when weather allows, must be above 60 degrees all day to heat the pool and requested prior to stay.

Hot tub is always heated to 104 degrees and water is changed between uses (no charge).

You understand that swimming and use of any hot tub or pool is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with swimming and use of hot tub. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and hot tub and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming and use of hot tub equipment may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming and using exercise equipment if a person has health risks, or if a person swims, uses the hot tub while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming and hot tub use. All Guests in my party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming their registration constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Guests and Host.
